Hi!Over the last 6 months I have lost 44 pounds by changing my lifestyle. I am on the treadmill 6 days per week. I have also started taking yoga classes. There has been a lot of hard work involved mentally as well as physically. I love to cook, read and spend time with friends and family. Britcoms and the old Universal horror films are some of my favorite things to watch in my free time. The best first date would be a night out to dinner in the kind of place where you can talk for hours. I also love the movies or time at the beach.
