    Hi!Over the last 6 months I have lost 44 pounds by changing my lifestyle. I am on the treadmill 6 days per week. I have also started taking yoga classes. The best first date would be a night out to dinner in the kind of place where you can talk for hours. I also love the movies or time at the beach.
