Describing myself, I would have to say I am easygoing, independent and open minded. My adventurous streak usually displays itself in the form of travel as I have a great desire to learn from and experience first hand the many diverse cultures of the world. I enjoy going to museums, plays, movies and listening to live music. I am pretty low key, am just as comfortable in a great little dive bar with character as I am in a upscale one. I spend my time off with family and friends, traveling whenever possible, reading, and writing. I am looking to meet new people with common interests who I can do all these things with and more. I believe in being kind and compassionate but don't get me angry because I do have an Irish temper (just joking):)but I do believe that most people's attitude towards you is based on how they are being treated by you so treat someone with respect and most likely you will get the same in return. I believe in attempting to reach one's true potential and in doing the things you truly want to because life is way too short. I believe in attempting to see the bright side of things because no matter what things can always be a hell of a lot worse; I believe in maintaining a healthy mind and body; having a great sense of humor; and appreciating simple things in life. With the right person, it doesn't really matter what you do on the date.

    Im excited and nervous. Update July ***: it's been a good summer awesome friends came to visit I haven't seen in years.... Kennywood superhero cruise and a baseball game .... Love the outdoors just need to get my bike fixed I love to wander about take crazy pictures. I want to travel. I have an awesome 5 yr old nephew that I adore. And so I go back from time to time. Which I love to do cause its always an adventure. Pretty good if ya ask me. Lol. I get along with just about anyone. I'm a big family person. And I adore my friends. I love all types of music anything from country rock metal pop even opera.Love baseball games, been to one Steelers game. Definitely wanna go to a hockey game tho I don't understand it. So be patient. I have a big heart and love to laugh.Ok so I've noticed guys put me as a favorite or they want to "meet" me but don't message me. Wtf. Lol. Can't wait for bicycling weather. Just need to put a new tube in my tire or whatever it is lol then as soon as its nice out gonna hit the trails along the river. Pending on the weather. If it's nice maybe an outside adventure. If its cold out perhaps going to a cafe for something warm to drink and talk. Never know.

    Hello and thanks for reading. :) I'm a clinical social worker in the mental health field and am very passionate about my job, but that's only how I spend 40 hours a week. I enjoy running, reading, movies, dining out, and am always open to new activities. I am a big Red Sox and Patriots fan and enjoy watching games both on TV and in person. I go to about 5 Sox games each year with my mom and my boss is a Pats' season ticket holder so she takes me to a couple games a year as well.I am close to my family and spend time with them when I can. My parents have been married for 38 years and are a great example to me. I have one brother who is married and has 2 adorable little girls. I am godmother to both of my nieces and I love them dearly!I love trying new foods and am one of the least picky eaters you'll meet. I especially love ethnic and spicy foods and I'm a big fan of sushi. I also like traditional Italian, steak, seafood, etc. I enjoy most types of music, though not big on rap or country.So that's me in a nutshell... basically I am just here looking for a great guy to spend time with and see where it goes from there. Hopefully it goes somewhere really, really good. ;***of the best first dates I have had involved just going to Starbucks for coffee. We spent hours talking and getting to know each other. I also find that going for drinks, lunch, or dinner works well - anything that allows for time to talk and learn about one another. In nicer weather, something active outdoors is nice too.
