About Me

I am a kindhearted lady who is looking for a kindhearted guy. I am as comfortable on the back of a bike as I am in a tent in the woods, hanging out on the couch, grilling on the deck or volunteering. I make no apologies. I am who I am. I am looking for someone to grow with and enjoy this wonderful life. I enjoy being around children and would like to find someone open to starting or expanding their family. I can sometimes be quiet at first but I have a quirky sense of humor and after talking a bit I tend to open up. I am a very loyal person. I am very affectionate in a private setting, though I tend to tone down pubic displays of affection. I am honest and if you ask me just about anything about me I will tell you. If something makes me uncomfortable or if I don't understand something, I will be up front and tell you. There really is no wondering what I am thinking. I am not one of those women who hides things. (yes, sometimes I can be too honest, I am working on that. ha ha) I enjoy my job in the veterinary industry and I am also a board member for the state vet tech association. I have some great friends and a very supportive and loving family. I like to be involved in my community through volunteerism. The only thing missing in my life is someone to share it with. Most people in my family or who I meet through volunteering find it hard to believe I am still single. I've just not run into the right guy yet and I am not ready to give up on finding him. Yep, it sounds cliche... I am looking for an honest guy with a sense of humor and a stable personality. The person I am looking for knows himself well and knows what he wants and doesn't want out of life. He doesn't need someone to complete him. He wants a lady who wants to live their life together to the fullest. He likes to cuddle and is secure in who he is and will not be jealous or be competative within a relationship.     Hi there..thanks for checking out my profile. Here are some of the basics about me...I think I have a pretty good sense of humor (life is too short not to spend most of your time laughing) and consider myself an easy going person with most things.I enjoy having friends over and will never pass up the opportunity to cook and entertain (I always get requests for my meatballs). I'm close with my family and have 2 nieces that I adore. In my spare time I like going to the movies (or curling up on the couch with latest Netflix delivery) and checking out all that this city has to offer – museums, restaurants, festivals, etc. As far as going out is concerned, it's all about the people you're with.     Well lets see, I am a single momma of an awesome boy that freaking ROCKS. He steals another piece of my heart every day! That is very important. And I def dont want anyone with drama or baggage....I dont have it and I dont wanna deal with yours. I want someone that wants to make me happy, just as I would them. I will say I am kinda picky, I take care of myself-hair, makeup, pedicures, and thats what I look for in a handsome man! Clean cut, dresses nice, looks good in a tshirt, jeans and a hat as well as dressed up when the time calls for it. Teeth...gotta have nice teeth. Mine arent perfect, but yeah, nice teeth is a good thing. I am no Barbie for sure, but I am a damn good girl!! You should find out!
