I thought for a second I might have met someone. But, nope, still here :)...... But, I think friends only is what I need for a bit.Hi :) I'm a single mother of three. My oldest has moved out of the house. :( I've been divorced for 8 years and have well put that behind me. Well, let's see, I definitely would like to find a serious relationship eventually. But I think you have to spend at least a little time getting to know someone first to see if they fit into that category. Chemistry is more immediate, but you gotta have that too. ;). I'm sort of on a voyage right now to spend more time being happy. I woke up one day and realized that I was letting all my burdens weigh me down. It was making me someone I didn't want to be. Lol, this is a work in progress, but I am on my way. The biggest lesson in that for me has been my own mindset more than any external factors. I am sort of rediscovering how to have fun.Like everyone, I love to laugh. But, I really want to find that person I can be comfortable and silly with. You know, someone you can play with?;, that's bonus points. Yeah, I can be goofy at times. :)A good communicator is a must. *** Or at least you have to be ok with listening to me chatter away. I am a thinker in this aspect and I enjoy it. I like studying the world and myself trying to figure out the whys to things. A guy who is intelligent enough to keep up with me on this front is a huge turn on. That being said, sometimes I need someone to pull me out of my own head. :)I consider my spirit a dancer. :) And, as such, I love live music. Although, I haven't been to see near enough in recent years. I can be both extroverted and introverted. It all just depends on my mood. (Typical Gemini)Right now, I don't have a lot of freedom for the spontaneous trips etc. Lol, but I dream of the day that I will. I think I vaguely remember that I liked to travel. ;) My point is I can't be taking off as I still have children at home. But, I'd like that to change someday when empty nest hits. :)Lastly, when I fall in love with someone, I am crazy loyal to them and, in my eyes, they are the only man in the world. First date, let's decide what works for both of us. But, before that, let's meet for a half hour and see if we are even interested.

Well I am a very mellow person who loves to listen to music and a variety at that from hip hop, reggae, old school, club, spanish, and even some rock. I am a single mother of 3 beautiful children who are my world. My goal right now is to eventually own my own business so I can be my own boss:) I have a very joking personality and enjoy trying to explore doing new things. I am very easy to get along with and caring and love kids. I have tried this before and did not get nowhere so I am hoping that maybe there is that someone out there that knows how to be honest, communicate, and know how to treat a woman. I am not into any games so please know I am aware of them all so please pass me by I am a pretty good sense of judgement and I am far from that type of woman. I know what I want in life and I am too old for the bs. I know it takes time to get to know someone and no rush but I want that man who can be the one I grow old with and get to enjoy life to the fullest. Let's see how it goes don't want to give away my whole life what fun would that be:) I think first date should be getting to know each other a walk along the river or downtown. To be able to hold a conversation maybe have some ice cream or play some outdoor miniature golf. I am open though to any ideas.

I want to get out and have some fun. I don't care where or what we do. But going out alone is no fun at all. So let's do it together. I just have not gotten any work done on myself yet.I work out at the gym 3 days a week.I really don't like rap, country, or jazz music. Metal, rock, and punk are more my forte.I love going to the movies, amusement parks, museums, trying different foods, concerts, and traveling.In my spare time, I enjoy watching tv or a downloaded movie,playing with my dogs, going out to a movie, and playing computer games on my Xbox 360,games on my Ipod or PSP. Some of my favorite bands are:My Chemical Romance,Metallica,Pantera,LinkinPark,Disturbed, and many more. The same goes for most movies, though I love funny movies also. I love pretty much anything scifIi or horror or thriller,etc. My favorite video games are Rpgs.But my all time favorites are the Final Fantasy franchise. Right now I am playing DragonAge 2, Fable 3, Dungeon Siege 3, and FF xii. I really enjoy going to the movies, or concerts of my favorite bands or to bars that are playing good music for a drink or two, Amusement parks, Museums, Art galleries, etc. I love my dogs Angel and Shadow like they are my children. So I do tend to talk about them a little too much.... Being a redhead, i am alot of fun along with my pretty smile :) To really sum it up, I am tired of only meeting men who want to go out with me for sexual reasons. I want and need a friend to do all the things i really enjoy to do, with me. There have to be some people out there that have similar interests to me!I am a shy person, but I warm up quick and become alot more outgoing once I am comfortable. I am looking for a confident man. One who is not afraid to do almost anything. Openmindedness is important. Knowing how to say just the right thing to make a girl feel good is definately a plus! A man who will do almost anything for a woman, who would do the same in return... I want to find someone who is fine with starting as friends and getting to know each other on that level. I need a friend, not a sex toy. I am looking for someone who shares some of the same interests as me. Do like concerts? Going to the movies? Amusement parks? Do have any Sci-fi or horror interests? I am a very independant woman who does not like being told what or how to do something. I am a very open person and a good listener. I want to find someone who also is a good listener. Open communication is very important and so is honesty! Going out to dinner and maybe a movie is a good start. Getting to know each other and our interests. I am not really sure what a perfect first date should be like. But enjoying each other's company and not lacking in stuff to talk about would be a good start.
