While I love to be in the center of the party scene, I'm past the stage of going out every night. People are always surprised when I tell them my age - I don't look or act it. My passion is travel and I love long weekends on a Caribbean island in the middle of winter. (Gotta love those trips to Vegas too!) When I'm not traveling, I enjoy volunteering with community and regional organizations, reading, theatre, wine tastings, Orioles and Ravens games, watching TV, social sports leagues, and game nights with friends.Family and friends are very important to me. I have a great set of friends that I love hanging out with and would love to include my significant other in that group. If I had to choose between dressing up and dressing down, I'd choose up. I'm a girly girl and any guy who has an issue with my taking time to pretty myself up for a night out definitely wouldn't appreciate me. And on the other hand, I can and will kick your butt at paintball any day of the week :)I'm looking for someone who is well-rounded and dynamic, basically up for anything, and spontaneity is a must. Must love to travel often (please have a passport!), have a passion for life, like animals, be willing to try anything once, and be refined, confident and ambitious. A huge plus in my book is old fashioned good manners. I should mention that two deal breakers for me are smokers and someone with children (sorry dads - I love kids but I want to be selfish right now and be my man's top priority).     I have not really put forth much effort into this site (at all really), but I would like to finish my profile at least and place a little more effort into finding that someone that I am looking for... before I give up on meetville ha ha!!When I asked a co-worker and close friend to describe me in a couple words, she said, "You are direct, loyal, funny, you have the biggest heart in the universe and you smell good" as she laughed,If I may add to that by saying that I can be quite charming, loving, giving, self sufficient, and down to earth. I love little surprises.... they do not have to be huge surprises, just little things to say "hey you are special to me". Sometimes it's the little things that count, don't get me wrong.. the larger surprises are always nice on occasion as well :) but the are not always the ones that count. I absolutely LOVE little kisses on the forehead, passionate kisses...... hmmmmm i just like kisses, who am I kidding ha ha? I am kind of shy at times until I get to know a person quite well, not to contradict the descriptive word of "direct" as above, but its just a weird mix I guess you could say. Once I know a person well, I am quite an open person. Family is also very important to me. I spend a great deal of time with my children and that will never change but, I am willing to make time for dating for the right person, I have a great career, loving children whom I adore, I love anything to do with nature or being by the water; I find it calming and relaxing,I could go on and on about my likes but then there would be nothing left to ask about............. options are endless........ :)

    I think I am crazy for trying this again but then again I've never been pegged as 'normal'. I can be outspoken once you get to know me. To get to my heart it's simple... Be real. Don't try to impress me with fancy things or money because that isn't what moves me. I am almost terribly sarcastic and seem to be able to make people laugh quite easily. No, I don't tell jokes... It's just my fabulous personality! I love to cook (it's my kind of therapy), hunt (dear Lord to knock down a big hog or deer just thrills me!), and fish. I prefer being outdoors mowing or fixing somethings as opposed to being a slave inside a house (unless I'm cooking). I prefer jeans and flops to heels but can dress up and be quite the knock out if it is required. I'm country. I'm a mom to the two most amazing and beautiful daughters on the face of this earth! And they are top priority in my life, right after God. He is first and foremost my number one! I would love to meet the man that is going to be my best friend that can stick with me and be honest. Someone that gives just as much as I do (I'm a spoiler). I love country music but there is Maroon 5.... And Christian rock. I'm laid back and not high maintenance in the least bit. And I hate talking about myself like this... Surprise me... Please... No movies (boring). Take me fishing or something that gets my blood racing (sky diving- which I've never tried). Horse back riding works too. And please don't ever ask me what restaurant because I will never make up my mind... Unless sushi is involved.. Yummie!!!
