About Me

I am a Christian girl who is very conservative. I know I am looking for a Godly man. I like to read and study genealogy. I am an avid Trekkie. I am a Christian School teacher who takes my calling seriously. I teach young children and teach music lessons after school, primarily piano. Music plays an important part of my life, although my singing is painful. I am very family oriented. I like many types of music: Classical, easy listening, ***mixes, but mostly I listen to Christian contempory. My radio is set to K-love 99% of the time. I like to scrapbook and I love to read books. I used to work in a bookstore in my spare time and felt very at home there. As far as my goals and aspirations, I want to touch the lives of those I teach. I want to serve God most of all. If that means staying single, I would remain single. I loved being in school so I would love to be able to take any class I want. I would take an art class and draw stick people. I would love to learn how to quilt and have time to can food for winter, although not much of an outdoors person, I love to tent camp as long as I can have electric. I am a social creature and enjoy being around people. My ideal date is somewhere public with lots of people about. It would be a place that we could talk and get to know one another. It could be someplace very casual or semi-casual.

    i am a single mom of 2 children that mean everything to me... although I do still have ***years left of chemo so the right person will have to be understanding and comfortable with that! the steroids in the chemo have caused some weight gain and have made issues with me bring able to work out but i intend on getting back in shape and if you can like me with the extra pounds you will love me thinner! I am a pretty easy going person and tend to treat people the way that they treat me...i am just looking for someone to share my life with!! Just got out of a ***year relationship...looking for someone that can take the bad with the good and doesn't bail on me...in other words a true relationship! I like to have fun and all my friends see me as funny but i just see it as me being me!
