Ok, so here's the part where I ramble endlessly about who I am, what I'm looking for, why I'm a great catch, and basically make you read til your eyes bleed right?So maybe not, but I will give you a little glimse.....;live, laugh, love"...... Ok, I think I just threw up a little in my mouth!!!I prefer sun and sand to cold and snow. I don't ski or board or skate or partake in any other winter activity. The closest I come to enjoying winter is watching the snow fall sitting by the fire with a glass of wine.Whiskey or wine, rarely beer.I prefer books to T.V. I have a great career. I work full time and part time, yep two jobs, not out of need, but because I actually love what I do. I'm not defined by what I do for a living, but it certainly speaks to who I am.While the T.V. is rarely on, there is almost always music playing. I enjoy just about all types of music, there is always something that suits my mood.My Dad never really knew what to do with a girl, so I can change a tire or the oil in my car, and even use power tools.My Dad taught me the value of doing things for myself, my Mom taught me the value of why do for yourself what you can pay someone else to do. Hate it actually. I'm a need it get it kinda gal. Retail therapy does nothing for me. Though I do enjoy wandering home improvement stores.I am probably one of the few women who hasn't read the 50 shades of Grey trilogy and don't intent to.I'm not actually a big fan of cuddling, though will succomb to it, IF I want to steal body heat.I'm rarely the most beautiful woman in a room, but am often the most memorable.The moments just before dawn are my favorite part of the day.I'm single by choice, not circumstance.Dating is where I have chosen to start. If a relationship evolves from that, great. But know that I have no desperate need to be in one.I've been accused of being "too picky" here on this site, and that I should lower my standards. My response? Damn straight I'm picky and hells NO I won't lower my standards....... nor do I want to spend my time with anyone who's not picky or have high standards.Having said that, I couldn't care less what you do for a living, or what kind of car you drive. Your net worth or material possessions aren't going to impress me. I want substance.Children may be the collective OUR future, but the are not mine. I understand this one is a deal breaker. You either want them or not. I stand firm in my decision and wont be making any compromises here. If you're married, open or not, living with someone, or otherwise committed (however loosely) we wont be a match. I'm an only child and I never learned how to share.If you're floating around this pond hoping to 'free willy' live on cam, swim on by, I'm not interested. If I want to see it, believe me it will be up close and personal.....and way more fun.I have a hard time understanding the number of people here who have gotten their date of birth wrong. Really??? What is up with that?I should warn you, if your thinking about contacting me, know that I have a ***character minimum set for first contact. Sorry, I just got really tired of the "hey babe", "' 'sup sugar" *** get that its not always easy to get creative, but a little effort goes a long way. How about getting through the first meet, then figure out the date!

I do love dogs and would love to eventually have a pitbull (or mix) but I work ALLOT and it would not be fair to the little guy to be home alone all the time. Speaking of work, I love to travel so my job is perfect for that. I do not travel FOR work but I am able to go wherever for an awesome discount! Sooo.. my bucket list is pretty long and I'm looking for someone to help me check some places off! I work for a major airline (no, not a flight attendant) and do everything short of fueling and flying. I work mostly outside so no poking fun at the 'tan lines' ha! I'm looking for someone to spend my down time with who will treat me like a lady should be treated, tell me about his day, ask me about mine, maybe hold my hand while we watch tv and not *** while we're in the same room... I don't mind ink, I have a few tattoos myself ;) I love live music but haven't been out in a long time. I like dining out but I'm just as happy staying in and cooking. I'm an amateur photographer, I like to go for walks in the woods behind my apartment and photograph whatever wildlife I can find. I'm a closet karaoke junkie and I'm just starting to learn how to play guitar. Sorry I don't have many pictures of myself to put on here, I'm usually the one behind the camera. Somewhere we can talk and get to know each other better, maybe listen to some live music over a couple of drinks.
