I guess my friends would describe me as a nice girl with a sarcastic sense of humour. I completed my degree over 4 years ago and I am currently working as a registered nurse in urgent care. Working in Haiti had a huge impact on the way I view the world and I'm heading back in mid October for another volunteer trip. Family is really important to me (I have an 13 year old nephew, a 6 year old brother and a 9 year old sister-all of whom I'm very close with). I would love to have kids of my own with the right person but realize that might not happen. My interests are very diverse. I'm an active girl and they include much more than I can list here so just ask. My friends say I'm a great catch. Smart, funny and healthy with a great career but I'm not perfect and I'm not looking for perfection. After all isn't it our imperfections that make is interesting and unique? I will say I have a soft spot for a cute smile (dimples are good). I love intelligent, funny men who display compassion for others and those who have a non-judgmental attitude. In my opinion it's important to have some sense of awareness of what is going on in the world and that you find some way to give back. - My goal this year is to read more classic literature-one of my favorite books -Mountains Beyond Mountains- It's the story of Dr. Google him. It's interesting. -I'm here because I rarely go to the bar (a pub once in a while) so there aren't a lot of places to meet new people. This just seems the way to do it these days.-I've adopted a healthy lifestyle and its important to me so I'm looking for someone who eats healthy and lives a fairly active lifestyle :)-I have no patience for superficial, materialistic, rude, or obnoxious people. Ahhh, what am I looking for? Someone Honest, Funny, Fun Loving, Hard Working, Plays Hard, Easy Going, Family Oriented, Energetic In Shape, Companionate & Passionate. I think that when you describe what you're looking for in another person it should sound like you are describing yourself. ;)Age doesn't matter to me. I think what's more important is ones Maturity Level & Energy Level. That simply varies from person to person. Hey there, I am trying this thing again after not a lot of success in the past... prove me wrong this time and show me if there are any cool normal (in a fun way not boring way) guys out there!I'm looking for someone who will make me laugh and that I have a connection with. I appreciate and like all types of music but my favorite is country... and chances are I will sing in the car or at home to most of the songs - and if I don't know the words I just make noise.
