I guess my friends would describe me as a nice girl with a sarcastic sense of humour. I completed my degree over 4 years ago and I am currently working as a registered nurse in urgent care. Working in Haiti had a huge impact on the way I view the world and I'm heading back in mid October for another volunteer trip. Family is really important to me (I have an 13 year old nephew, a 6 year old brother and a 9 year old sister-all of whom I'm very close with). I would love to have kids of my own with the right person but realize that might not happen. My interests are very diverse. Smart, funny and healthy with a great career but I'm not perfect and I'm not looking for perfection. After all isn't it our imperfections that make is interesting and unique? In my opinion it's important to have some sense of awareness of what is going on in the world and that you find some way to give back. - My goal this year is to read more classic literature-one of my favorite books -Mountains Beyond Mountains- It's the story of Dr. Google him. It's interesting. -I'm here because I rarely go to the bar (a pub once in a while) so there aren't a lot of places to meet new people. This just seems the way to do it these days.-I've adopted a healthy lifestyle and its important to me so I'm looking for someone who eats healthy and lives a fairly active lifestyle :)-I have no patience for superficial, materialistic, rude, or obnoxious people.
