The very first thing that will attract me to you will be your smile, then your eyes. NOT your car or your career. I am an independent girl who doesn't need someone elses assets to survive. I do need a friend and partner. Oh ya, and someone to hold hands with. (Smiling) I'm ready to relax and enjoy life. No pressure or drama. I enjoy spending time with people who make me laugh. I like having a glass of wine on a patio or just sitting by a bonfire with friends. My teenage daughter is the most important person in my life.. I hope to find someone who shares my desires and dreams; ambitions and goals. Being on the same page is important to me. In the future I would like to travel and maybe buy a convertible?? Who knows...I just want to enjoy my second shot at life :) Take it day by day. *Please don't ask for cell number or *** know each other a bit. Life is not waiting about the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain. How about a walk, a drive, a trip to the beach, tree trekking?? I have no plans beyond saying hi and seeing your smile. Together we can take it from there.

Just taking a peek to see whats out there. Was also wondering why people would list hobbies if they are looking for sex, or is it to suggest places that might take place. For example, while hiking, or cooking, or while working on the car, like I said, just wondering...I have been on this site before, hence the previous sentence...Now a little about me...I still believe in morals and values (imagine that). I have an old-soul and wear my heart on my sleeve. I have a great sense of humour, that is somewhat on the sarcastic side (or so I am told). Family and friends are very important to me (including the fuzzy ones). I enjoy everything from a mitre-compound saw to a measuring cup (and own both)....and there is actually more, if you want to know it...I believe that patience is a virtue...I believe that everyone has a story to tell, it is just a matter of taking the time to listen...I believe that opening up the zipper of a tent and having water infront of you "IS" one of the finer things in life...I believe that sleeping with the window opened on a rainy night is peaceful.....you can live a thousand ways, in a thousand days...you only die once!!!I believe that amazing conversation... is as important as amazing sex...and have the first before the second......and like it says way up there, I am actively seeking a relationship...Oh yes...one last thing...you better be ready to have your *** kicked on the Pool Table!! :D

OK.. here goes... in point form ...Words used most often to described me by other people.- short (thanks captain obvious***cute (not sure I like that one, babies and puppies are cute)- funny -- curvy ... (not sure how to take that but it's said often enough I suppose I'll just own it :***talkative - confidentI think I am best described as follows (in no particular order);- funny- sassy- loving- warm- exciting- geeky- hard working- passionate- giving - sensual- adventurousI like (in no particular order):- camping- history- reading- cooking/baking- Aikido - HBO- books and book stores old and new- campfires- Hiking - redwine- crown and coke- the gym (I go min 4 times a week and that doesn't count aikido***and I'm learning to like running ... it's a love/hate process I hate to start a run but love when I finish! - the smell of a good cigarThings I don't like:- arrogance (but confidence is sexy)- airplane food ... really ... shouldn't they have figured out a way of making that better by now?- spoilers ... honestly... that just sucks- escalator hand rails that move either faster or slower then the stairs ... so annoying - liver... YUK... I know my mom said I'd learn to like it .. .that was a bold faced LIE!!! - die hard fanatics of any kind... people who get that crazy about anything they didn't personally do, write or invent for themselves need help! - racists or prejudice of any kind... just can't stand it!!! There is obviously a lot more to me then a few words in a list... but I prefer getting to know people the old fashion way... I still believe the best way to meet someone is by chance in a public place .. or in an awkward moment through mutual friends... but since those options seem less and less likely as I get older... I'm trying this new way and hoping for the best...P.S. I fully intend to try and respond to all sincere messages I receive on this site. However if I don't get back to you please know I wish everyone the best of luck in their search. The first meeting doesn't always count as a "date" but it can depending on how well it goes... but the actual first date should be something fun... where there is both the opportunity for conversation and observation (on both parts) I like rock climbing... nothing quite like putting your life in the hands of a complete stranger... LOL.. certainly something to talk about... starting with "Don't let me fall"
