Also, since my time is soooo limited, I would prefer someone within a 30 min radius. Any farther is just unrealistic. I have no idea what to expect on the first date. Surprise me, but make it fun.

I think I am better than that. I appreciate it when someone gives me a compliment, but don't call me sexy, I hear that toooo much, try to be a little more creative.
