That doesn't mean I want to meet you for a 5K run (we can save that for another time); I just want to be actively engaged in doing something, such as miniature golf, visiting an amusement park, or even roller skating. After working all day at a desk, it's nice to move around. It also helps me relax and not be as nervous.
