I'm a hopeless romantic. The simple things in life make me the most happy. I love art and spending time with my son. I love antiques, going out to breakfast, and movies at home. I love a good scary movie but have to watch some parts with a pillow over my face. If you were watching with me you would have to tell me what was going on. I like to cook and bake, have BBQ's in the backyard, have friends over for dinner or talk around a fire with a glass of wine. I love garage sales, riding my bike, walks outside in beautiful places, visiting gardens and picking a bench to spend the afternoon on... and collecting shoes! I love wearing boots. Home made ice cream, Holidays, and watching a good storm. Gotta love a fresh warm bagel. I love the cooler weather in the Fall and Winter. I love to wear white. A cool breeze on a nice day is the best. I love identifying birds, insects, being outside and being creative. I love to track the weather and check USGS for earthquakes each day. I'm a little bit of a nature nerd. I love plants. I like to eat healthy, and try and stay fit. I love sushi. I like country music the most. I'm a very happy person and consider myself to be a very strong woman and try to be the best mother I can be each day. I'm NOT into the bar or party scene and never have been. Never will be.I'm looking for my best friend and soul mate. Someone to share my life with an laugh with. These dating sites are really not for me it seems but by chance if he is looking for me in the same place, I need to be present on some site somewhere! Hopefully our paths will cross. Someone who is trustworthy, honest, has good core values, and is kind and gentle in nature. Someone who can make me laugh. I love to laugh and smile. Someone sensitive, compassionate and easy going. Someone who WANTS to be family orientated. Someone who would love to be in the most beautiful of gardens on a bench with me for the afternoon talking about life and things and be perfectly content being there. Someone who is not always in a rush. Someone who is NOT connected to their smart phone or computer EVERY SECOND (I know, I know, living in the bay area this one is just too much to ask for huh?). I want someone I can connect on a deeper level with. I miss not having a partner in crime! I value good honest and open communication. I'm not interested in anything but getting into a long term relationship. I do not play games and have no drama in my life and I would like to keep it that way. I also think being friends first is key and taking it from there.
