Weight I use to be FAT seriously over ***pounds in ***I lost over 80 pounds with diet and excercise... Mind set and dedication it is the only way. There is no magic pill . You have to put work into it. I will never weigh what I once did. I seriously think who was that person????? 4 years later I gained some weight back. I stopped working at it and I am up a little more than I want to be you have to work harder the older you get So I am back at it again I am very very focused. It is time to be Wonder Women again I love her. I hope by year end to have my body in the best shape it has ever been or die in the gym trying. . Anything is achievable with your mind and staying at it. :) I currently work out 6 days a week. I am a horrible dinner date unless it is sushi Sashimi .
