Currently, I am getting my masters degree in social work and will be graduating in May. I consider myself a very passionate and motivated person and I set the bar pretty high for myself. When I'm not studying or working, I like to go out and enjoy the city with friends - whether it be picnics in the park, sampling food and drinks at the latest neighborhood hotspot, or tearing it up on the dance floor. I love animals and to fulfill my desire to own a dog, I hope to start volunteering with one of the local animal shelters. I enjoy french press coffee, ethnic food - especially of the Asian variety, intelligent conversation, and crossword puzzles. Traveling is something that speaks to my adventurous spirit and not only have I been to many different countries, but I lived abroad as well. I enjoy yoga, going to live shows, and exploring the hidden nooks and crannies of this fine city. My ideal partner is someone who is confident in who he is and knows what he wants out of life. He's someone who can make me laugh and be silly, who is romantic and physically affectionate. He is attractive on the inside and out, a man with a heart of gold. He gets along famously with my friends and family because really knowing them is important to knowing me. He shares similar values and morals as me and has a positive outlook on life. He is adventurous and willing to scale mountains, ride motorbikes, and volunteer at orphanages with me around the world. Most importantly, I want someone who sees a relationship as a two-way street and is ready and willing to invest his time, effort, and heart into something special and long-lasting. If you don't meet the above criteria, please don't bother messaging me. I think the key to a successful first date is not to put too much pressure on it. Any situation where two people can have fun, be themselves, and get to know one another is ideal. I'm fine with the standard dinner date, but creative, unconventional dates are appealing too.
