About Me

I am a CNA currently working in a facility that cares for people who suffer from Alzheimer's and dementia. I'm going back to school for HHA and haven't decided if that will be the end of my education or not. Seriously not into drama so if that's what your bringin don't bother. I have a seven year old child who takes up most of my free time and I'm not a booty call lol. I do live with parents, they help me with my child. Problem with that? Oh well. Now that I have the major points out of the way I'll say I'm actually quite nice lol anything you want to know just ask but keep it decent. On a side note.. If you do t support the military f**k off.

I enjoy morning coffee, a brisk walk, friends, travel, delicious desserts.... and music. I'm attracted to strong minded, assertive people who know how to handle themselves in almost any situation.

Okay, I have your attention, now I just need to keep it! ;) I am passionate about my faith, teaching, and spending time with my friends and family. I am a huge sports fan, especially college football and baseball. I absolutely love to rollerblade and have recently taken up running, which would probably be considered jogging or speed-walking to anyone else :) I love to make people laugh and am looking for a guy who can make me laugh no matter what mood I might be in.I'm hoping to find someone who is educated, can enjoy himself, who has a sense of adventure and a sense of humor. I am kind of old-fashioned when it comes to dating. I love it when a guy opens doors, is the first to call and initiates advancing the relationship, but I also understand that those are few and far between. I am looking for someone whom I can be myself around and who will eventualy become my best friend. Someone who I continuously think about and want to be around. A guy who goes to bars or clubs, or who has to drink to have fun is a total turn off. Feel free to e-mail me, i'm not shy :)

So I finally got access to this account after years of spam e-mails telling me that tons of men want to meet me. Now that this account is connected to a live human, let's try this again.I'll keep it brief and to the point. I want to meet someone engaging, who shares my interests. Of key importance is you have to be an avid outdoorsperson. If you stay on the trail, don't like to get dirty, or buy a bunch of North Face so you can sit on a bench somewhere, you are NOT an outdoorsperson, at least not the kind that I would get along with. I'm looking for someone who'd be willing to climb a High Peak with me, or creekwalk an entire gorge system, and of course, go cliff jumping. Even better if you go first so I'll be motivated to jump quicker...Equally important is your willingness to go to shows. I listen to a huge cross-section of music. I may not look "metal" or "goth" or whatever other ridiculous label you want to associate with the kinds of music I listen to, but let it suffice to say that music is an integral part of my life and always will be. If you need some sort of tangible proof of what I listen to, I've seen everything from Deicide to Phish live.I guess other than that, I'll know if we click pretty much right away. I've had issues with online dating before, where things seemed rather stilted and awkward, and it's rare that I ever get past exchanging messages back and forth. I can afford to be somewhat picky; while that may sound obnoxious, I'm just not super-invested in meeting "The One" right now. If it works, it works. Take a walk in a local park or go "urban biking" to discover the hidden gems that are our city parks.-watch. Drink tea or masala chai. Or, go see a show. There's a good chance I like at least one band you do.
