I've been in school for quite a while now pursuing an advanced degree and am now finished and looking forward to having a social life again. I like to read, watch movies, go to sporting events (big STL Cardinals fan), play sports, spend time with my family, and visit my friends (who are scattered around the country) when I have spare time. I'm not much for outdoor activities (except sports), mainly due to allergies. I'm certainly not a woman that sits by and takes much, I'm a very independent and strong-willed person. I also have a very sarcastic sense of humor...it's a family trait ;-)I have spent my entire life in pursuit of higher education and my goals and aspirations will probably always be centered around the pursuit of knowledge and disseminating that knowledge to others. I feel like learning is something to which everyone should have a right.

I guess the best way to describe myself is that I am a pretty outgoing person who just likes to laugh and have a good time. I like to go out with my friends or just stay in and watch a movie. I will pretty much try anything at least once (went skydiving as proof) and try not to live with any regrets. I love to make people laugh and try to make sure everyone is having a good time. My favorite season is football season (die hard Giants fan) and I quote Family Guy and Team America on a regular basis, so if you can relate to any of those we'll get along just fine. My family and friends are very important to me, and they can tell you I am always there for them. Respect is extremely important to me in every aspect; in a relationship especially, I believe in respect and trust because everything that makes a relationship work stems from those two things.
