I'm Irish so I can drink beer and whiskey with the best of them but also enjoy quiet nights in with a movie and some popcorn! I like to keep active and eat healthy - although pizza and cheesecake are definite rule breakers!! I'm honest to a fault, kind, considerate and positive. I'm a great cook and like to bake as well. I make a mean lasagna and salted caramels that will change your life :) I love what I'm doing right now but I'm new to this career so I am working hard to advance professionally.
