I’m a planner and organized yet very spontaneous – buy tickets on Thursday, jump on a plane Friday. I have a bucket list…and I actually check things off that list. What a great city we live in - I take advantage of all the opportunities surrounding us. I think there’s nothing wrong with drinking a beer at 10am on the beach. I also like staying in on Friday nights. My weakness = I have expensive taste in red wine and high-end furniture. I collect artwork from my travels. I’m down with sushi, Indian food, medium rare steak, salad - basically anything and everything. A solid college education is important to me. My family is awesome. I would attend a sporting event everyday if that was possible. I'm an athlete. Golf is my only downfall but I will not give up! I like preppy, bow ties, blazers and loafers but someone on the edge with a wild side. The only television I watch is sports, news, 60 Minutes and HGTV. I love a good redbox though. In case you missed the 'prays' comment earlier, Christianity is my foundation. I'm not a runner but I run to keep in shape. I enter at least one 5k a month. I have political aspirations. I protect and defend the 2nd Amendment. I truly believe in giving to others. I consider myself a leader. I give people chances but I do not settle. Forgiveness is a great quality to have. I still believe in chivalry. I'd like a guy who feels comfortable in a suit or t-shirt and backwards hat. Has confidence. Is compassionate. Is honest. Where to start??I find it so hard to sum up who you are on these things, without turning it into a novel. Im not one to talk about myself, but here is a little bit of who I am. Well, I am very easy going, bubbly, independent, funny, smart and a sweet woman. I have many different hobbies, goals and aspirations. One being; I have always had the dream to own a restaurant/coffee shop or bakery. Who knows it may happen one day If the saying is true "The way to get a man is through his stomach" then come on boys lol. I am a pretty decent cook and I eat very healthy but I can make a mean chocolate cake, mmm hehehe. Every day after work I go for a walk to unwind, stretch and burn some stream. I sit a lot at work so I enjoy my walks. I am a big fan of the outdoors. In the summer, you will find me in my trailer, and if im not swimming then in fishing (fly fishing that is, there’s nothing like it). I enjoy going to the beach, star gazing, traveling, road trips, sitting around a fire, most sports, cuddling up to a movie and hanging out with my family and friends. Im not really into winter, but I love skating, playing in the snow and making snowmen ;). So that was a little about me. Now I guess for what I’m looking for. I want to find someone to spend my time with. An easy going man that is not complicated and has some common interests. I do not rush into things (I like to get to know people first) but I would like to find someone who is looking for something serious at some point. I like romance (yes it’s corny, but I love it), is chivalry dead?? I hope not, kindness and manners go a long way and just be you. Ok so here goes a semi update... First off I am above all else a mother to two wonderful and very bright little people 8 & 2yrs old. I am honest, kind and caring and get fulfillment from helping others. I love to entertain and have friends over for meals and wine/beer. Music is a big part of my life. I listen to just about anything from classic rock,todays hits,metal even some Bach. Music is art and should speek to the Soul. I may not appear to be in the best physical shape, but never judge a book by its cover. I do my best to keep up and am far from lazy. I enjoy hiking in the summer, kyaking & camping. Pretty much anything outdoors I'm down.I am a tad old fashioned and believe a woman should be "wooed", shown that she is worth the time and effort. I am not looking to jump head first into a sinking ship. I would like to take the time to get to know someone,inside and out. I want to find my best friend with the right parts. I already have an amazing bestie but she just doesn't have what I need ;-) I know what I want and what I have to offer my partner and I can't see them being disappointed. Also...I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am not looking to hook up or "show you a good time" so you best be movin on if thats ur idea of a date. Oh and PLEASE don't msg me with a one word msg.
