Hi,I'll just start by specifying that I'm not a follower, I like to do things my way and think differently.I love everyone, as long as they don't bring people down. (Yes, that means even if people are nice to me but not to others I won't really like to hang around them)I've been single for quite some time, I'm independent but when I love, I love fully. That does not mean that I cling to the other, simply that I love to give my entire attention to them. We have to keep in mind that love is a mix of physical, emotional, intellectual and chemical reactions and not be deceived when someone we are interested in does not feel the same. I'm not sure I believe in that whole soul mate thing but there certainly is a certain kind of connection between all of us, sometimes unexplainably stronger for some people.I work in an educational *** I like to think I got a lot of things moving. I changed seats three times in the building, not listening when people said what I wanted was impossible, that I would go unheard. With patience, dedication and well measured words, everything is possible.Communication is something very important to me, it's the key to any good relationship, whether it be friendship, work relations or in love.Friends, to me, don't have a real given age, some have lived longer and acquired more experience.     Life is about experiences, and if experiences can be gained by meeting someone online I will give it a shot.I'm a yogi on a slow path to making it an eventual career. So in the meantime, I have to maintain a full time job to support my passion and my lifestyle. At the present, that job just happens to be driving a really big truck. Thankfully, it's temporary and is helping me save up to go back to school for registered massage therapy (much more yogi than truck driving.) If it doesn't work out, at least I have a good story.I don't drink heavily, never do drugs, and would much rather spend Friday night hosting a dinner party with some great friends and board games than going to a club. Hanging out at local pubs is also a great way to spend an evening. I spend my weekends outside, sans makeup. If you're looking for a high maintenance girl to party with, I'm not it. If you seek a best friend and confidante, someone to explore the world with, gain new experiences with, teach to, learn from and grow with, then there's a possibility I might be your gal. Anything that involves great conversation with good company. A coffee and a walk along the beach, a hike, drinks, or anything completely spontaneous and unique.

    I'm simple yet complicated. I have a wide variety of interests which allow me to adapt to almost any situation. I'm looking for someone to create new memories with. Basic enough, right? I would consider my "type" to be cultured country. I definitely want someone that would saddle up and ride a horse with me once in a while (or at least keep me company at the barn) but that can also put on a suit to attend an event. I would prefer a man that is active because that opens up opportunities to do activities outdoors together; running, hiking, etc.I love animals but I am not the "crazy cat lady" type. I've been involved a lot, up until recently, with animal rescue- which basically involves taking unwanted, abused, or neglected animals from strays or in shelters and placing them in foster homes until they can get vetted and sent to a rescue group. I've been through some humbling experiences and even those that are heartbreaking. Luckily the good tends to outweigh the bad, but hopefully one day there won't be a need for this type of volunteering. Feel free to drop a msg to find out more. It is hard to convey just how awesome I am in a brief description. You will just have to find out for yourself. ;) This so depends on the person. I like to think that I'm not the typical dinner and a movie kind of gal but sometimes that is okay. I think going outside of the box at times is more appreciated- such as maybe relaxing by a campfire, going fishing, or cooking together at home. I'm easy to entertain.
