    I am a Zoology PhD student at WSU. I freely admit that I am a little bit of a nerd and I like it that way. I love being active, playing sports, and being outside. Backpacking is one of my favorite things. I also enjoy cuddling up and watching a good movie or reading a good book. When I have time, I like to put on some tunes and dance while I cook. My family and friends are very important to me. I am a dog person (but I like cats too) and cannot wait for my life to become settled enough to rescue one. I have really broad tastes in music. I think you learn more about a person the more you interact, so a good first date should involve getting to know one another while doing something fun. The point is to keep the mood light and get to know each other in a low pressure situation. Another fun idea would be to plan a meal that we could cook together. I love having someone else in my kitchen to enjoy cooking with me, and then enjoying our creation over some good wine and conversation.
