About Me

First off, I am a divorced mom with 2 boys. I am not looking to jump into a serious, long term relationship right now, but I would love to go out and enjoy my single life when I don't have my kids, if it happened to turn into more that's great. I am a sports mom and I enjoy the fact that my kids love sports and I enjoy watching my kids learn and excel in the world of sports. If you can't tell my kids come first, no matter what! I am not looking for one time hook ups, at this point in my life, I require a friend first, if the connection is there, romance will be a given. I'm starting my life over, this is a whole new ballgame for me. My goal is to go back to school and get a degree. Working toward that goal right now. I love all genres of music, really it's what ever sparks my interest. Anything from ACDC to Reba... I like to be outdoors, camping, hiking, swimming, fishing etc. I also love crafty stuff and working on projects. When I do something, it has to be to perfection. Wow... I have not thought about this... I'm not a movie goer at all sooo I guess I would have to say a nice dinner, maybe a ride out in the country and ending up at the lake. Yep, I'm a country girl! But I will say, I am not the type that like to make every decision. Surprise me, often! Even in just little details. It's one thing I learned after a ten year marriage, mundane gets you no where into the future, you have to keep that spark alive, with even just the tiniest element, and it can't be one sided.

    Ok..try to keep up ;) I am ridiculous. I have a pretty intense personality and those people that can handle it usually love me for it. My apologies for those of you who can't. I am pretty much all over the place when it comes to what I like to do. At work I am the boss, I am professional all day long and very much dedicated to my position and the company that I work for. With that being said.. I am also that person you see singing off key as loud as I can to my favorite song in my car. I like to do things that 26 year old women should not be doing, like playing laser tag. I am super competitive and have no shame, so I will be the one talking crap to the kids on the other team letting them know that I will dominate. HahaThat leads me to part two. Sometimes I like to just get away from everything. I LOVE (yes caps are necessary here) being outdoors. Camping, bonfires, canoeing, hiking.. Everything. Do not let the 6" heels and makeup fool you. I will quickly trade those in and go get lost with you in the woods. I do have a pretty serious side to me when it comes to what i want out of life. I have goals and I will obtain them. I want someone that makes me be the best version of myself and I want to be able to do the same for that person. I don't settle, because I wouldn't want someone to settle for me.Lastly, I have 2 dogs. If you can believe it they are even more ridiculous than me. Don't let their small size fool you either.. They are full of pure amazingness, and a lot of it. They are part of this package so you will have to suck it up and deal with it!I like the whole "getting to know you" process so if you have any questions after all of that.. Then ask! I like surprises, so that's up to you to decide. I like it when guys are gentlemen and pick a girl up, open doors, etc. There is something to say about a man that appreciates being "old fashioned" when it comes to dating. My generation, unfortunately, tends to skip right over that entire process.
