I am a very independent woman. I am a cake designer and pastry cook and I absolutely love my job! I am very driven, I know what I want and I go for it.     First off, I am a divorced mom with 2 boys. It's one thing I learned after a ten year marriage, mundane gets you no where into the future, you have to keep that spark alive, with even just the tiniest element, and it can't be one sided.
