Guess you could say I'm just another hip young professional living in a rural Minnesotan town, deeply devoted to her family but a city girl at heart. I'm currently knee deep in social services, directing adult foster homes (6 of them!) with a company I love. But I'm basically a "Jen of All Trades." For ***, before this gig, I spent the last three years working as a counselor at a therapeutic shelter for at-risk youth. Before all that, I rocked out the following random jobs ...com, schlepped insurance, and survived an ironic summer youth ministry internship.I recently finished performing in "Bus Stop" at the Barn Theatre, which was an incredible experience. I'm averaging about one show per year these days. Wish I had time to do more, but my boss prefers it when I actually focus on my career most of the time ;) go figure!Also, hot off the presses ~ I've been asked to join forces with a local band called Gravel Road as their new lead female vocalist. The one topic in the world that I know the most about, and I never know what to say. I am an outgoing person and love to hang out with friends and family as much as I can. I love to camp, travel, watch movies, read, volunteer, tailgate, go to sporting events (I am an alum of OSU and season ticket holder for Basketball and Football), cook/bake, go bowling and I love to hang out with my co-rec softball team. I work with college students everyday which is both a challenge and a reward. I am lucky to have a career that I love! A few random things...
