I’m a self-sufficient, mid-twenties gal with her own place and a good job looking for someone to spend time with and have some fun. I work in IT as an Implementation Analyst in the medical field. I will finish my Masters of Business Administration in Management March. My Bachelors degree is in music. I can sing an Italian aria that'll melt your heart. I love reading mystery novels with a splash of romance or a feminine touch. The mystery keeps you wondering who the killer is and the romantic moments make you say "awww" and smile when they finally kiss at the end. I like mini-golfing, hiking, yoga, Zumba, bowling, softball, karaoke, going to comedy clubs, shopping, scrapbooking, and playing board games. I'd love to travel. I enjoy cooking. I watch what I eat. I lost 70 pounds in ***and I work out regularly to maintain my current size. I spend a lot of time thinking of ways to obtain my fitness goals, how I can advance my career using my MBA and what steps I need to take so I can purchase my own home. I blush easily from the most simple of romantic gestures. I’m a mixture of modern and old-fashioned. I appreciate chivalry but also pride myself on being able to take care of myself. I enjoy cooking for my significant other and taking care of him a little. Just because I can be independent and take care of myself doesn't mean I don't want a man around or that I don't like to be treated like his lady. I have found men who either can't take care of themselves or are TOO independent to let someone in. I'm looking for a person in the same stage of life as I'm in.     Hi there, I'm Jen. I will say that I'm very shy so if I stopped by your profile and didn't say hello, that's probably why. I am a bit of a nerd and a geek, but I'm ok with that. They raised a fiercely independent woman who doesn't know how to fail, which is both a good and a bad thing lol. I have a decent job, I'm good at it. Most recently I've been in a deep country kick, but I also have been enjoying some Ne-yo, T-Pain, and Trey Songz. Last month I was pretty heavy into alternative and rock, so it just depends on my mood.Like I said, I am pretty shy, so I don't message people first very often. Part of that hates to fail thing I think. And occasionally my sarcasm is misinterpreted, which I apologize for.     Well here goes nothing... I never thought I would see the day that I would be online dating but here I am.
