Hi there!! How's your day going? Well, I hope your day is going well. Well onto telling you a little bit about myself, Along with most people I work lol. I'm a letter carrier for the USPS and work M-Sat, yea I know long week lol, I dont get a lot of free time. I'm very much a family oriented person and love animals, I have 4 dogs and a cat, so yea you could say I love my pets :) I'm really into music, I'm one of those people that a song goes with a memory and love hearing new music, and never fails having a song connect with a mood I may be in. ( We all have those days don't we?) My goals? Hmmmm I would love to have my own home someday. With the economy the way it is, I live with my family and as much as I love my family I love to have my "me" time.I would really like to find that someone that is open minded, affectionate, knows when to be serious, family oriented and just all in all a good head on their shoulders. I'm not looking for someone to change me or someone I have to support. A relationship is a partnership, right? Hopefully there is someone out there that can rise ro the occasion. I depends on what we both like to do. Movies are silly to go on a first date, you don't talk! Get a drink, dinner, ice cream whatever floats our boat.

I'm a single mom working hard as a cop beat reporter in a town rife with great crime stories. My job isn't my life, although sometimes it feels like it. I like to do a good job, and reporters are poor, so I have to try and bring home that bacon. I'm currently working on finding another job that would better utilize my communications degree along with my writing skills. In what little free time I have, I like doing pretty much whatever I can with my child. Just last night, I took him to a concert at the university just because there was nothing else to do. I like all types of indoor and outdoor activities, especially gardening (totally old lady, I know). I love a good movie, and no that doesn't mean chick flicks. Since I work for a newspaper, I usually am up for trying all types of new activities I've never been exposed to, like oyster frys or hog hunting (didn't get one :***years ago, the cops took me diving in the lake to lift a sunken trailer during dive training. Stuff like that.As far as music goes, I know it's only rock n roll, but I like it. Yes I do. All types, new old, that weird age that gets played on classic stations but you remember it from your teenage years.- I do keep up with pop music and dabble in rap. I love concerts and have traveled near and far to have the night of my life many times. The basic fact is, you're never going to find a chick like me. I can hang with the best and the worst of 'em. I don't like to cause or be involved in drama, although I am a woman and do enjoy gossip magazines. My job essentially thrives on gossip. But I appreciate honesty, integrity and modesty in women and men alike. I appreciate relaxed, easy times with a partner, filled with witty banter and harmless teasing. I appreciate the simpler things in life. First dates may be awkward or great, I think it depends more on the chemistry between folks rather than what they're doing. I like classic dates and unusual dates. I guess the only requirement would be that both want to go together and have a good time.
