As wonderful and fun as these adventures have been, I'm ready for the next step in my life. I've been independent for long enough and I have definitely lived, but I'm now ready for a partner and best friend, someone who will be fun to go out with, who is respectable, trustworthy, and loving. I have a big heart and I want to give that heart to someone great! I am a fairly active person so be prepared to keep up with me. I'm also balanced. I believe in health in mind, body, and spirit. I do something active daily, I watch what I eat, and I try to live out my faith. I like to go out for a drink or for dinner, go to a concert, for a bike ride, chill at the beach, dance until the wee hours of the morning, read a good book, or whatever. I just like and appreciate life! My first date would be to do something. Maybe we could go out for an ice cream and take a walk by the lake or go grab a burger and throw some darts. Last year I did something no one, including myself, ever thought I would do. I trained for and completed four half marathons. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, but so rewarding. I have another one scheduled this November. Haha. Not this year. Maybe someday...about that. Yeah. Never say never. :) **** Still in shock over a week later! :)I love sports. I'm a die hard college football fan (Go Hawkeyes!) and I enjoy watching baseball, basketball and football as well. Sometimes even golf. But college sports are where my heart is. I bleed black and gold.I love to watch movies, listen to music and go to concerts and plays. My tastes span a variety of genres. I finally saw Book of Mormon and it was fantastic!! Next up...need to see Wicked again!I'm very liberal and open-minded. If there's anything else you want to know...ask. I figure I need to leave stuff out so we have things to talk about! I will give this a go and see if it works for me. :) I'm up for just about anything that would allow us to get to know each other better. Drinks, Starbucks or dinner and a walk downtown sounds nice :)
