I have a daily physicaly active life which includes being a part of a number of sports teams and doing other recreational activities which inculdes rock climbing, wake boarding and going to the gym. I am an early riser and like to keep my day full with fun activies when I"m not at work. Family and friends are important to me and hope they are for you too.
