We cannot measure the worth of someone through means of status, beauty, wealth, and power. These things have very little to do with improving the quality of life as they are only surface things, appealing mainly to our most carnal nature. If one gains people's attention or affection based on good looks, the words one speaks, natural beauty, status, and rank, then that will be the only things to keep their attention. Of course, these aren't negative traits; more so, they are not the kinds of traits meant to sustain us.
