I'm looking for someone who wants to enjoy fun dates like bike riding, hiking, boating, dancing, painting, cooking lessons, etc. At this point in my life, I'm simply looking to meet a nice gentleman with a great sense of humor and a sense of self. I take decent care of myself and I would expect you to as well. I eat a partially decent diet, and exercise not to say I do, but because endorphins feel gooooood. But I think I am damn funny and can be found laughing at or with myself even when I'm alone. I also LOVE learning things and asking questions. Teach me how to paint, cut hair, dougie, make empanadas, jump my leg.. whatever. I figure we have a short time in life, it's best to share rather than compare. Turn ons:Smiling. Being original. Chivalry. Backrubs, shoulder rubs, leg rubs, foot rubs. I like massages. A lot. Singing, playing an ***, dancing, being free. Being able to "fix" things. (Bonus for teaching me how to do things. I'm down with learning how to work on cars, build things, etc.)Animal lovers need apply. I don't kill bugs, I put them outside. I have an incredible sense of smell, and you have incredible pheromones. I'm attracted to guys who would rather play the game, then simply watch it. You have friends and a life and aren't looking to take over mine, but rather complement it. You understand the difference between complement and compliment, and can provide both. :) Turn offs: Not holding the door open, not just for me, but for the lil ol' lady who we both should make sure goes in before us. Need for control on everything. Snoring. Lying. Yelling at traffic. Reading me memes on a date or referring to Youtube to make me laugh. You don't need to refer to your phone for anything- just be you! Being addicted to GPS. (Can't anyone read a map and addresses anymore?) Judging: Saying that someone shouldn't "wear something" or "do something" because of their age or size. Any over emphasis on religion. I believe in living a good life, not just talking about how one should live. Video game addictions- no 4am gamers please. Teach me something and make me laugh while doing it. I think I'm totally easy going now that I'm in my 30's, still have the feistyness of a 23 year old but know how to chill it out when needed. I love dancing, I was a ballet dancer for 24 years but I don't do any kind of dancing anymore unless it's in my living room, bathroom, the occasional wedding, car, or if I hear a song that just gets me moving. So along with dancing I would think you would have to love music which I do, I'm still big into alternative or indie music since that's what I grew up with during my adolescence years. Growing up a bit I was big into the club/rave scene and still do love house music. I am really open to any kind of music except I just can't do County. Right now I'm working with children and would like to become a teacher or work with kids outside of school helping them to calm their mind and use it for better things than to hit, scream, etc. I do study Buddhism because I like the philosophy and I have been on many silent retreats for meditation. I love traveling and trying new things culturally and am not afraid of trying different things especially food...feeling about done talking about myself, if you like anything you've read let me know, I'll be here. Oohhh if I could have the ultimate first date it would probably be a hodgepodge of all my loves, like looking at the ocean with a great bottle of wine, while really getting to know each other. Doing something fun and exciting on the date, from a roller-coaster to paragliding. But I am also so easy to please and if you give some great thought into it I am always greatly appreciative. Like going to one of your favorite restaurants that you have loved for years. The little thoughts from you go a long way for me.
