I work out at the gym at least 6 times a week and even try to throw in some outdoor activities like hiking to alert different muscles in my body. As much time as i spend at the gym, i think its important the man I'm interested in does the same. Health & Fitness is a huge part of my life as it should be yours. I like trying new things, new places , new people. New experiences is what keeps things exciting.
