About Me

I'm a very driven and outgoing person. I have a strong personality, but a very warm and gentle heart. I like to hang with the guys and work on my house, and I like to cook and do girlie things too. I'll try anything at least once. I want to surround myself with fun, positive people. I enjoy cycling, snowboarding and floating the river.And by the way I'm not looking to get married right away and I'm not interested in a one night stand. What I do want is somebody that I can talk to everyday. Somebody that I can depend on and yes maybe fall for. I want that companionship in my life. Hmmm.... I think that a first date should be something casual that allows for conversation. It should have an oppertunity for the date to go romantic if there is compatibility, but if not, it should leave an easy out for either person. I don't particularly like the whole dinner idea, because people are nervous enough with out bringing eating into it. The first thing that comes to my mind (although a stretch I know), is a scavanger hunt. How neat would that be to work together while competing against others to find odd things all over town. I think that would spark some interesting conversations. If the date goes well then move on to maybe a poker night or bowling. If it's not going well then graciously bow out.

    I'm a very outgoing lady and I can usually have a good time in any situation. I'm a bit of a smartass, so I definitely appreciate people all the more if they can banter back and forth with me :-).For fun, I spend a lot of time with friends, either trying new restaurants, cooking (while sampling wine), seeing new parts of the city or some old familiar haunts... Like most people on here, I'm looking to meet new people, whether it turns out to be a new friend or something more. Life is certainly more interesting when you get to share it with others. I'm looking for someone who is confident, intelligent, who knows how to let loose every now and then, who can keep me laughing, is thoughtful, has integrity, and has a good relationship with their family. Those are all qualities I have and hope to share with someone. As far as a first date goes, meeting up for drinks or dinner is always a good way to get to know someone.

    Simply put I am a little bit of everything all wrapped up in one petite package. I love to laugh and make others laugh with my sarcastic sense of humor. I love watching most sports but would rather be playing them any day. I am very competitive, but am also a very good loser and unfortunately well practiced. I live an active lifestyle and would love to share it with someone who shares the same perspectives in life. I am not picky when it comes to dates. I discourage activities which limit talking and getting to know someone. A first date could be as simple as coffee or a walk, or something a little more competitive like mini golf or the batting cages.
