Passionate, intelligent, funny, very kind, loving, stubborn, loyal, and good at being myself (am I describing me or your there!). Geeky, enjoy sci-fi, working with computer hardware and software, and some video games. I have 2 kids age 13 and ***% of the time. I am a photographer, an artist, and a dreamer. Emotional and intense and working on my long term plan culminating in self awareness and personal evolution. I love books, the ocean, my record player, netflix, and pillows. Sometimes I eat too much chocolate and try to enjoy myself everyday. I have led a colorful and interesting life full of travels, adventures, good people, and exciting stories. I am in introvert (INFP) and an idealist. Close to a few friends and a few members of my family. As an oldest child I am a natural leader and used to being called in to handle a crisis. I am not much of a drinker but don't mind if you drink so long as it's not out of control. I am not rushing into anything but also not interested in casual dating and hope to find someone wonderful for something that can become long term. I have been around the block enough times to be too smart to fall for games and I require something more.

I'm a very driven and outgoing person. I have a strong personality, but a very warm and gentle heart. I like to hang with the guys and work on my house, and I like to cook and do girlie things too. I'll try anything at least once. I want to surround myself with fun, positive people. I enjoy cycling, snowboarding and floating the river. And by the way I'm not looking to get married right away and I'm not interested in a one night stand. What I do want is somebody that I can talk to everyday. Somebody that I can depend on and yes maybe fall for. I want that companionship in my life. Hmmm.... I think that a first date should be something casual that allows for conversation. It should have an oppertunity for the date to go romantic if there is compatibility, but if not, it should leave an easy out for either person. I don't particularly like the whole dinner idea, because people are nervous enough with out bringing eating into it. The first thing that comes to my mind (although a stretch I know), is a scavanger hunt. How neat would that be to work together while competing against others to find odd things all over town. I think that would spark some interesting conversations. If the date goes well then move on to maybe a poker night or bowling. If it's not going well then graciously bow out.
