Hello POF! Thanks for checking out my profile. So this is the part where I am suppose to talk about myself..so here it goes. I am a second grade teacher, and have lived here in AZ for 6 years. I am easily entertained; with that being said, I also enjoy Musicals/plays, movies(at home or the theater), reading a good book, going to the lake, baking, etc. As for music, I am a rocker girl at heart, but like a little of everything, and even a little country too! :-) This part seems to be lagging on, so I will leave the rest for you to find out. I am a kind and loving person. I am optimistic and always try to see the bright side of situations in my life. I am very giving. I am ambitious and passionate about a lot of things, especially my family and kids in general. I am responsible, dependable and ambitious. I've gotten to where I want to be in life, and now I'm just looking for someone to share in my adventures. I am a high school teacher and love my job. I work with struggling readers and love the fact that my job makes a difference in the lives of others. I have been teaching for 8 years. I love that doing what I love every day helps make the lives of others better. My students are a huge part of my life and are amazing.I am a little bit of a high school football nut in the fall. I rarely miss a game. I am constantly doing some sort of home improvement project as well (usually more than one). I love doing things that are outdoors- hiking, camping, etc. I also love photography. I am pretty much game to try anything at least once (with a few exceptions :) ). I love to travel. I went to Europe a few years ago and can't wait to go back. I like places that are historical... This coming summer I took several trips- I have a charming 3 year old son who lives at home. He is the light of my life. I am not looking for a dad for him, however, anyone who I eventually have around him needs to be a good example. He is tons of fun and keeps me on my toes. Obviously I'm only interested in guys who like kids. I am looking for someone who shares my values. Honesty, integrity, intelligence, education, dependability, and being family focused is important to me. I am not interested in playing games and want someone who is grounded and knows where he is going in life.

My friends would say I'm hilarious. I love to laugh. Humor is a necessity and I try not to take myself too seriously. I call things like I see them, but not to the point of being abrasive or rude. I can definitely be sassy, and I have been considered feisty. I know who I am and what I want. I'm drama-free. I've worked really hard to get the drama out of my life, and have been pretty successful. I don't play games...well not mind games--I'm always down for friendly competition. People who have no smiling pictures kind of freak me out! I have several tattoos. Only one is readily visible (on my foot), but if you aren't down with them, you've been warned. If nothing else, I enjoy good conversation with stimulating people...or is that stimulating conversation with good people. You decide ;)
