About Me

Hi! I guess that is a good place to start, right? That is "home".So I am looking for somebody who shares the same passion for travel that I have. I have worked in the airline industry for over 13 years now and it's a HUGE passion of mine. Australia to Thailand...and many more places. While I am thankful for what I have seen so far, I want to see more! There are places I want to go back to and many places I want to check off my list. So first and foremost, I want to find somebody that shares that same passion that I have. Travel! Both by air and by sea!I also love road trips!Besides travel, I enjoy many other things. I enjoy college football, movies, theater, playing tourist in SF, and many other things. I have no problem sitting around home in my comfy clothes but also am able to enjoy a night out. I am not a huge drinker, but you will find me drinking from time to time. My family is very important to me. Both parents divorced when I was young, but remarried. I have 1 brother and 3 stepsisters. I have 2 nieces that I spoil rotten too!I tend to be a little reserved and quiet at first, but as I get to know somebody I open up. I guess you can say I hold my cards closely, but have no problem opening up to somebody. While I am looking to date currently, I am also looking long term. I want to be married and have a family one day. So hopefully that is something you are looking for also!I don't try to hide my looks. I am a plus size female. First and foremost, a non smoker. I lost my father about 13 years ago to cancer from smoking and I am not willing to loose another person in my life.     I was pondering a bit how to write something about me, not for lack of being confident in myself or not knowing who I am, but just to make it fun. First, I drive a reliable, practical and dependable car. More importantly, it's all the itemsin my car that are me. Looking around, these are the items you'll notice: tennis racquet, swim fins, a pair of goggles, golf clubs, flip flops, tennis shoes (which are dyed a horrible pink from a color run), a recyclable grocery bag (it's nice to be green) a travel coffee mug (I love coffee in the morning) and a pair of high heels (despite my athleticism, I do like to be and can be fancy). If I had to add additional items, my bike would be the first thing I'd add. If I'm home, I do enjoy spending time w/ family and friends, reading and indulging in a handful of tv shows. I do not take myself too seriously in the kitchen and like to experiment with a lot of different recipes.I guess my point here is I am looking for some one educated, healthy, active and someone who is dependable and just nice. I've got family and lots of amazing friends and I would love to add to the richness in my life with someone who views the world in the same way.Oh yeah, I'm a Taurus not whatever is listed...if that is important. A quick cup coffee and conversation or perhaps you'd like to challenge me on the driving range, tennis courts etc etc...
