I maintain that until I am someone's number one priority, I have to take care of myself and my work--who can I expect to take care of me if I won't take care of myself? I am anywhere from a once a month Catholic to a going every Sunday with the rents to an Easter Sunday Catholic (a la Frank Sinatra), but my faith is so very important to me as my Jesuit education that I will forsake it for no one. I would rather you be Jewish and believe in your traditions , than Christian and never to church go or pray. Update ***I have no issues with dating someone from a reasonable distance as quality often trades off for other things; however, if you are going to make this an issue later, don't even ***, PLEASE! I am sooooo tired of good looking whimpy guys; sorry I am so blunt, but it is what it is! One last thing, and I am so sorry, I hate for this to sound like a blog, but lately it seems like there are men on here who SAY they want a LTR, and don't want someone with dating ADHD, but THEY can't seem to juggle the pressure of their work and a relationship? That's precisely what a RELATIONSHIP IS ALL ABOUT!!!! That person, as you discover, one another, is to help you, through your trials and tribulations of daily life; so please decide, are YOU STRONG ENOUGH to handle a relationship, eg, the getting to know someone? I think that the "coffee" date is a stress free way to meet someone and if you do like each other and want to continue the conversation we can take a walk- and plan the next date.
