I'm down to earth, keep my makeup to a minimum, enjoy yoga, and my time at the gym a few days a week. Being a former gymnast, keeping myself in shape and living a healthy lifestyle are important to me. Dedicated, generous, optimistic and kind, are words that my family and friends use to describe me. My family is close-knit and my friends have been near and dear for many years.I can have fun doing just about anything. Being a people person, I enjoy sports of all kinds, the outdoors and the beach. Gardening and taking care of my house and property give me a sense of pride. Fine dining, a sidewalk cafe, the theater, antiquing, wine tasting, beer tasting, strolling through quaint towns, board games and bbq's. These are just a few of my favorite things. I am definitely not a couch potato. Being ambitious, loving, and very funny sets me apart from the rest. I am confident, emotionally stable and financially secure. I don't have an ex, don't like drama and have no baggage to drag from behind. I live a happy and peaceful lifestyle and want to keep it that way. I'm a very proud Mom with a 17 & 23yo at home, and a 19 and 21yo currently in college. Being a widow for 5 years now, I'm not looking for a replacement for my late husband. We shared 27 wonderful years together and created memories of our own. I'm prepared to move forward with optimism and excited to meet that special someone who would like to build a lasting, loving relationship, and new memories only we will share. Meeting each other for the first time should be just that. Something simple, in a public setting. With any luck, we feel a common connection and plan something fun for our "official date".
