I am a woman with a creative background who loves to be with people who can make me laugh, whom strangers think I may be shy, but inside has a wicked grin, the occasional inappropriate thought, and friends whom I prove this to often. The type of man I thrive with is an outgoing take-charge kind of man, it brings out the best in me. While I'm very independent, it's nice to throw the keys to someone else for a change. I enjoy my own company, but it's nice to share time with a good man. I've learned that looks are for the most part irrelevant (although you need that initial spark) and that it's how a man makes her woman feel that's important. And this goes both ways. A small gesture goes a long way with me. My musical favourites run from blues and rock and everything in between. I love to watch live bands. I'm just looking for someone special to share some of my favourite things to do, and would love to be introduced to some new ones.While I'm fine with myself where I am physically, I am a constant work in progress, working on bettering myself and need someone to accept me as i am right now, and enjoy the ride with me. I am a big woman with an even bigger heart. If you judge me by my hair colour, skin colour, or body size, you will miss entirely who I am. My mantra? Say what you mean, and mean what you say. I think that bridge should be crossed when we get to it. Something casual and simple.

Hello...Well I guess I should start out with the about me stuff. So lets see, the most important things in life to me are my family and friends. Ok,,, here it is. I was widowed in ***after 30 years of marriage. I've only seen a small portion of this beautiful state and I want to see more but it's too lonely to go alone. I like sci-fi movies and nerdy board games, live music and theater. Love a great dive bar with live local bands. I like camping and beaches. Would love to camp on the beach(never done that). I've always been a football fan (yea Seahawks) and I've come to love baseball too. Love to go to Mariners games but I haven't been able to get Seahawks tickets yet. They sell out too fast. I learned to crochet this year and have been making jewelry for several years. I try to sell a few items now and then just to feed my habit.
