I prefer preparing a meal at home, and/or making it to go...but the patio works to :-)I want to find the right person for a lasting relationship, but I believe a healthy relationship with the substance to last takes time and patience, and really getting to know each other. I am in a good spot in my life and happy where I am in it. But to compliment it, it would be great to be in a relationship. My children are out of the nest & making their way through life now, so I seem to have more time to share & enjoy all of the things "being a couple" gives. I would like to enjoy a relationship with a man who knows what he wants in his life. A perfect pairing on paper perhaps isn't always what it seems, if the chemistry in person isn't there. I am looking to grow within the relationship, picking up some of your interests, would like to share some of mine, plus explore new mutual ones. To respond to the above "profession" question, - yup - after over ***years with a company, it downsized and I was caught up in corporate decisions. I am actively job hunting, but can afford to be somewhat choosy. I am thinking I want a fun job - like on a golf course or helping people out, would be a nice switch from a rat race kind of a career. : ) I enjoy activies such as golfing, gardening, cooking, reading (although can't really say that's overly active!) , games night, floor hockey, going to the gym (groan) , exploring small towns, camping, attending concerts,festivals and live sporting events. Movie night is another great option. Smell of popcorn... yum. I've started getting the travel bug, so I am looking forward to doing some more.
