I believe in the power of positivity and living life to the fullest every day. There is so much to learn out there in this world. I try to challenge myself every day and not take anything for granted.I am a physical therapist. I love what I do. It is very rewarding to help people to help themselves. I am pretty much a health nut... I exercise ***times a week. I try to mix it up. I enjoy yoga, pilates, body works, spinning, weight lifting, zumba. I feel like exercise is a great stress reliever. I enjoy healthy tasty food. I enjoy the outdoors whenever possible... I would like to get back to camping again.I continue to grow on my spiritual walk with God. I find the more I listen and walk with Him, the better my life becomes. I like to challenge myself. I went to IU and love going to B-ton, especially IU Basketball!
