About Me

Before I get started, let me first say that I have recently rejoined meetville, I am looking forward to talking with you, making a new friend or two, maybe meeting and getting to know you. I enjoy all types of outdoor activities as well as doing the things my partner enjoys doing. Laughing is very important ro me, you gotta laugh. Enjoying a mate's hobbies and activities are important as well. Spending time together is very important for a couple and there are those times each person will need their own space to be with friends and do what they enjoy doing away from each other. I truly believe, "Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder." I enjoy doing little unexpected things for my mate, no matter how small, sometimes it is the little things that matter the most. I was married for a very long time and I know how to treat my mate and I also know how I want to be treated. In a relationship, I believe you should Keep it "Interesting, Spontaneous and Unexpected." Guys you can relax, not looking for a husband at this point in my life, but If I meet that someone special and something happens, so be it. If not, I have a new friend. Just looking to find a great guy (they are out there) to spend some time with. Oh Wait - Did I mention dancing?? I LOVE TO DANCE!!!!!! and the great thing about dancing is........ You can dance anywhere..... Just love to dance, not sure if I mentioned that, lol.... Having said all that, i look forward to hearing from you. Viv A first date would be to meet a gentleman at a place convenient for the both of us. Maybe a restaurant or coffee shop (Starbucks is always nice.) Keeping the first date short, that way if either one of us is uncomfortable or just not feeling any chemistry, it is easier to say goodnight after coffee and be on our way. See, I have thought this through.... lol And never, never let the conversation be "all about me"We should both be confortable enough to talk and get to know a little bit about each other.

Looking for: man. In age: 49-59

Took a break for quite some time. Now back to see if anything has changed. An independant, intelligent, attractive professional that enjoys the outdoors, family & friends, my dogs, travel, music (all sorts of genres depending on the mood), reading, movies, tropics,...seems the regular sort of things. Love to wind down with a great dinner and wine home or a great restaurant. Would love to meet someone to enjoy those things and make the most of the life ahead rather than be preoccupied with what is behind. My glass is mostly full and if not, have that bottle ready, please. Involves an environment that is conducive to talking to determine if there is anything in common and desire to learn more

~You can tell a lot by the way a man walks. Like, if he's walking away, he's probably not into you.~I'm aiming for one man that's sincere, fun loving, laid-back, intelligent, and kind...and slightly warped since he'll need to be able to 'get' me. I'm hoping to eventually find myself in a committed relationship, but we have to start somewhere. You don't need me to fix you, nor do I need your control.~You say "tomato," I say "tomato," and there-we've written our own wedding vows.~I'm 51 going on 31, a small town girl with big city smarts. I’m fun to be with, and I know this because I am with me all of the time ;)Most of the time, I'm confident, independent and happy-go-lucky. I'm creative and I'd like to think that I'm intelligent, and sometimes, I'm rather indecisive. I'll admit that I am chubby, but I am well proportioned and enjoy being oh-so-feminine. I try and stay active and would prefer to be outside doing anything, than inside doing nothing.I smile a lot. I'd really like to meet someone and give him a reason to smile :) "Are you single? No, I'm in a committed, long term conversation about where to have dinner." We can both decide what to do when we cross that bridge, but definitely nothing involving a dead hockey player. We both know that it's that elusive chemistry that will determine if we are going to meet again.I'll be happy to meet in public to make sure that you are not a homicidal sociopath with a penchant for axe murders. If you are extremely good looking, I'll consider overlooking those minor character flaws.
