About Me

I am a widow of going on 6 years now and decided it was time for me to find someone to have a relationship of some sorts with. It would be nice to have someone to do fun things with like going for a walk or hike - not too fast that we couldn't talk. I'd also like someone to go out to eat. go to a movie or a nice ride out in the country.I'm mellow, kind, sweet, and affectionate. I finished high school in the allotted time and took several years of classes after that at various universities and colleges. Nothing will compare to my military training. Most anything but rap or wicked heavy metal. Being a music snob, to me, means I love music, listen to it all the time and often control what others listen to.Just recently stopped smoking and drinking and am putting a serious effort into leading a healthy lifestyle and would love someone in that same frame of mind. Having said that, I do not mind someone who smokes or drinks as long as it's not in excess. I'm not into sloppy, smelly kisses or anything that may hinder your performance.Serendipity is my favorite word.I'm looking for a companion/best friend as that makes the best long term relationship.     Hello, I' m looking for that special someone who is open to meeting a cancer survivor with an apparent scarring from surgery. This is a lot to ask of someone anyone so I am being forward about it so there are no surprises or bs. Having survived cancer has given me a different outlook on life that's for sure. I like meeting new people who are not judgemental. I have hobbies such as camping and fishing going to movies and of course shopping lol. As for goals I think I made the biggest one and I'm above dirt so what more could I ask for....... My idea of a first date would be to meet somewhere for coffee or maybe a drink spend a bit of time together to see if there is an attraction, I don 't want to waste anyone's time that's for sure. If we find we would like to see each other again then we could make plans for a second meeting if we're both interested.
