It feels some what strange to be in the dating world at this stage of my life..I am a mom of 2 beautiful amazing young women.. they are my heart and soul, and I am proud of the young ladies that they have become.My job is a large part of my life, and I don't work the normal 9 to 5 hours.. I put in long 12 hour "days" (I work night shift) my job can be very emotional at times, I work on a post surgical cancer floor, we are taught to not get emotionally involved, but that isnt always the case in reality, when you love your job.I love music.. and my music tastes are so wide and varied..although I'm not a huge fan of rap...I love animals, my current lil guy is my adopted Shih tzu / Affen Pincher mix ... it was love at first sight.I am looking for my forever and a day.. Hello there, thank you for reading my profile. I am a native Tucsonan and have taught for 31 years. I love teaching children, it is always different and keeps me active and busy!! When I turned 50 I gave myself the gift of quitting smoking. I'm very independant, more likely to tackle a difficult job myself, rather than ask for help. I would accept (and appreciate!!!) help if offered but it is difficult for me to ask. I enjoy many things outside of my work which include travling, camping, anything outdoors,swimming, museums, dining out, theatre...
