About Me

I live my practice of yoga and in my mind spend a definite time in a subtle space of reality but am also definitely a grounded individual. I teach yoga and meditation and work with the power of sacred sound and language. Exploring and forging deep connection between the body, mind, and spirit is really key to me. As such I really enjoy a physically active life on a daily basis, eating consciously (includes cooking, juicing, or raw foods almost always), meditation regularly and the mindfulness of feeling into each moment of your experience to really know yourself. I'll tell you now.. I'm a total YOGA geek... :)

    My job kind of gives me a crazy schedule, so I do work a lot and sleep during abnormal hours. When I am not at work I love to be outside, whether its just taking a walk or working on a small project. I have a couple dirtbikes that I enjoy riding when I can.     I've spent the last 4 years in the Air Force being a maintainer and a deployment managers. Now I'm enjoying my transition back into the regular world. I enjoy watching movies, baking, skating, and just going out and being social. I wouldn't pinpoint one particular hobby I enjoy I just go with the flow. I love to fish, I could sit out by the river or on a lake all day and fish. As for goals, I am hopinig to make a smooth transition out of the military and back to normal life.
