About Me

My job kind of gives me a crazy schedule, so I do work a lot and sleep during abnormal hours. When I am not at work I love to be outside, whether its just taking a walk or working on a small project. I have a couple dirtbikes that I enjoy riding when I can. I also love laying on the couch watching movies. I have a big taste in music and I love to sing even though I'm not very good at it. I have a degree in Law Enforcement, and hope to eventually get my bachelors in that field. I currently work at a papermill and love my job. I am a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl, and don't really like to get all dressed up. I'm not really into makeup or anything like that. I like to try new things and have fun. I am looking for someone who can make me laugh and who likes to have fun. I can be kind of shy at first, but once I get to know somebody I really open up. I believe in being loyal and trustworthy.     I live my practice of yoga and in my mind spend a definite time in a subtle space of reality but am also definitely a grounded individual. I teach yoga and meditation and work with the power of sacred sound and language. Exploring and forging deep connection between the body, mind, and spirit is really key to me. As such I really enjoy a physically active life on a daily basis, eating consciously (includes cooking, juicing, or raw foods almost always), meditation regularly and the mindfulness of feeling into each moment of your experience to really know yourself.
