If I don't do something active at least once a day I get antsy, so I practice yoga almost daily and usually find myself running, hiking or cycling a few times a week. I love being in the forest and around animals, but I also enjoy the downtown core. Working hard towards my personal goals is important to me, but I make it a point to live a stress-free life as well.
