I hold a firm belief that life is too short to waste and that enjoying life and experiencing your dreams is a key to it. I'm a lover of most things, whether it's watching movies, reading books, writing short stories, blogging, playing xbox, going for a walk in the park district, hanging out with friends, or just relaxing. I have goals and hope to one day open up my own store. Of course that would be some point in the future. I also hope to be a writer some day as well and perhaps release my very own self-produced CD. I'm artsy and I also love to learn new things. I'm constantly researching history and religion(s), while also dabbling in the beauty industry. I'm a blogger as well, which means I mostly make videos on religion and beauty. I love my hobbies and believe that without them I would truly be bored in this world. I'm looking for a good hearted man, who knows what he wants out of life and isn't afraid to fight for it. Someone who is confident in their skin and knows how to treat a real woman. I like a man who isn't needy or clingy, and boy have I had a few of those. lol.     First thing's first: I love laughing and surround myself with people who are the same way. If you can make me laugh (and I can get a few laughs out of you here and there), we'll get along just fine! A sense of humor is huge for me, because I believe laughter can cure pretty much everything in life and makes every day better. It's basically a long, fancy description for someone who works behind the scenes in the hospital lab running blood tests, matching blood/organs for transplants, identifying cancer cells, etc. It's all fascinating to me, so I guess that makes me a huge nerd. I eventually want to specialize in microbiology and work my way up from there. I just started my clinical rotations at UIC's lab, and it's been great to finally put all of that memorizing and textbook-reading to real-life use!If you like to laugh, have an awesome sense of humor, enjoy the outdoors, and have passion for whatever it is you do in life, who knows? Whether it be mini golf, bowling, visiting a museum, wandering down Navy Pier, or taking a walk through the botanic gardens, they beat out a stuffy candle-lit dinner any day. It's activities like that, having stripped away the fancy food and venues, that really allow you to get to know the real person you're with.
