About Me

I am not looking for anything casual, hook ups, or NSA type of situations. I'm looking to find a relationship. I'm looking for a guy who will treat me with respect and not play any games. I just graduated from college with a degree in Musical Theater ( I know, what does one do with that?). While acting is the main thing I want to do, right now I've been spending most of my time at my day job: nannying. Nothing makes me happier than making a child smile. When I'm not doing that, I'm focusing on trying to find a new obsession to help me become a more well rounded individual. But I do enjoy girly things as well. My mom and granny always wanted to make sure I was a lady. So I might be a bit obsessed with shoes, and I might be a bit obsessed with leopard print, and I might like to watch The Notebook and have good cry.I'm a bit of a hippie. I want to save the world and I tend to get really up in arms about social injustices. I believe that everyone should be treated equally. If everyone showed each other the love each one of us deserves, there would be peace on Earth. About once I year, I get super into this stuff and end up on the Peace Corp website.I am pretty religious (Mormon. And yes I'm aware that will drive guys away, but it's a big part of my life, and I don't want to date anyone who's not okay with it.), but I'm not going to throw it in your face. It's personal and everyone has the right to their own opinion. That being said, my opinion is that my religion is extremely important to me, and I can't live without the love and peace I find through it. I have a very close relationship with my Heavenly Father and I ultimately need someone who will support me in that relationship and will help me grow closer to him.- If you're not okay with this, don't bother. Just being honest.-I'm a huge movie and television buff. I love to sing almost more than anything. I enjoy being physically active and seeing how it is changing my body for the better ***pounds down so far). I love traveling, particularly to historically significant places. I'm kind of afraid of music stands. (Feel free to ask me why. It's a lovely story.)-While, I may seem to come off very conservative from the list above, I promise that I know how to have fun. One of the least likely things friends would describe me as is conservative, boring, or politically correct. I just know how to reign that in and be presentable for the parents. Something romantic. I haven't had one of those dates in quite a while.
