Hi there, thanks for viewing my profile....Here's a little about me...I am a down-to-earth, genuine, and caring female who loves to live life to the fullest and have FUN !!! I do consider myself young at heart....I can throw on a pair of jeans during the day and put on a beautiful dress at night. I have two children, my son is a sophomore in college. My daughter is working in her career within the medical field. Both are so amazing and very independent! I have always been active and athletic all my life. Fitness is very important to me so my ideal match has to be someone athletic and fit who can keep up. Someone that cares enough about their body both on the inside and outside. My friends tell me I am very picky and I have to agree....I am....I know what I am looking for. I just refuse to settle, WOULD YOU??? In addition to the gym, I love being on the water. Boating, fishing....it's all good!!! I also love concerts, sports, and going to sporting events too! Ahh, the thrill of football season !!!! I am a confident ,secure, and independent individual. No psycho or goldigger here !! I eat pretty clean and healthy, but I will give in to a good pizza!!! I do consider myself a good cook (yeah Food Network !!!) I love music....classic rock, jazz, some country, contemporary.... and yes, even a little hip-hop (ok, I said A LITTLE)! LOL.I have an awesome personality and a HUGE HUGE heart and I refuse to give it to someone that won't appreciate it..I feel I have ALOT to offer the right guy, and would give 150%....but that's just me. I have a great job in the medical field and I own my own home. I do consider myself the whole package, a diamond in the rough, and I'm not ashamed to admit it!! I am looking for someone down to earth, genuine, real, honest, and active. Someone who not only knows what best friend material is, but also knows the meaning of the word, respect. So, given all that, if this describes you, then please don't be afraid to say hi !! Life is just way too short....YOLO !!! In my experiences, have seen lots of friends lose out on a good person because they didn't want to step out of their box or their comfort zone, they were afraid to take the chance. I look like mine, do you look like yours??My personal thoughts: What comes around, goes around, there is such a thing as KARMA. Always move forward, never go backwards. Be responsible for your actions. Keep the glass half-full and not half-empty. Live in the moment and don't have expectations. I am pretty much a laid back girl. I try not to take everything so seriously, of course there is a time and place but other than that. .Life is too short and we are all given an opportunity to get all we can out of it and live it to it's fullest. We all have a past, present and a future. My past is just that...PAST I carry no baggage from it and wish not to be judged by it either. I live in the PRESENT and i dream of my FUTURE. I am not perfect with the perfect body. I do have a few extra curves and i am working on that. Not that it should matter. I am comfortable with myself and who i am. weather it be, wearing blue jeans with, sweats gotta love them too and i do clean up nice and wear dresses. I enjoy simple things in life and doing crafts, beading, painting decorating etc. I am a very creative person always with new ideas of things to do in that aspect. I absolutely love music. except head banging and rap. I like to hear what a song is saying. Sometimes it may say nothing at all and just have a good melody but for the most part they are saying something. I believe we all have a song in us with something to say, it is too bad that we are not heard sometimes when we need it most. I am a mother of 2. My son is 25 and my daughter is 17. They mean the world to me and i will not let anything or anyone get between us. There are many things i enjoy doing and i am ok with trying new things. I do like to go fishing. I would fish everyday if i could. I find it very relaxing being by the water. Well go figure..i was born and raised in Mass. What am i looking for here??? To start.. A good friend because i believe if you can't be best friends there is no need to go further. I want that special someone as we all do, That makes your heart skip a beat, makes you smile just thinking of him, the butterflies in your stomach, waiting anxiously to see each other again. I could go on and on. I have had a lot of hurt in my heart in the past but that doesn't stop me from looking for that 1 special person whom i know is out there to make all my dreams come true as i hope to his. That is hard to say cause after meeting you know if there is a spark or not. I wouldn't want to commit to a movie or dinner if i really had no interest.
